Love your laughter

Laughter is an instant vacation.”

Its true isn’t it? I personally feel that when we have a good laugh, our body releases chemicals that immediately reduces the stress that we may feel in our joints and our muscles relax too.

It is important to start and end your day on a happy note. Even a smile can help you feel lighter. They say, “A smile is a whisper of a laugh.” It is also useful to surround yourself with people who can spread happiness and make you feel light.

Every person has their share of love, pain, happiness and sorrow. In the middle of all that one is going through daily, laughing can help release all the toxins and give the strength to tackle all problems easily.


The most precious moments are when you have kids around. There is nothing more cuter than a kid laughing. All the tiredness goes away when you hear a kid laugh.They naturally laugh more than the adults, the implication being that we become more serious as we grow up. But, we should remember to keep the kid within us alive, that can enjoy the smallest moments, and take life less seriously.
